And they're off!

After taking the Dynamic Duo for a walk at Higgins Neuk, we were on the way home when we spotted hundreds of geese in a field and swung off to have a closer look. There were about six hundred or so and they were quite flighty. Half of them upped sticks immediately as above and settled way over at the far end of the field.
When I zoomed up to the far end of the field (see today's extra) I spotted a rather odd scarecrow. At least I can think of no other reason for a kilted soldier in full dress uniform and carrying a "FlyingV" guitar!
If you can think of any other reason, maybe best keep it to yourselves.
