Summer Grass.

I am quite fascinated by the long grasses at the moment. The paddock next door  is full of it (and is giving me hay fever ). I thought it would have been mown by now and baled as it has been in the past, but nothing has happened. It is lovely to look out over the field with the golden shades of the dry grasses rippling in the breeze.

It is interesting to see how things are starting to green up underneath after the little bit of rain we had.
