2017 Monday -- A Monday Sundae

Because this was our last Monday in Cayucos for my winter break, I told Mr. Fun I thought we should celebrate. I'm trying to put a good spin on the reality that winter break is over and this Thursday we will head back to southern California. Spring semester begins next week and I report to the classroom Tuesday morning, February 14th.

So we went to the Sea Shanty restaurant and I ordered a hot fudge sundae. I was totally cheating on my vegan diet -- I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. And it is an afternoon celebration for two that I will remember for a long time.
