Look Around
Nice light hitting the tree tops on the high path.
The frost on the raspberry canes on the low path wouldn't last long as the sun rose.
The dogwoods and shining brightly.
The con-trails (see above) looked better than in my picture.
The artificial lens versus the natural one and its shutter.
The new catkins.
The old bark.
The Cygnet had a melt down after school over his homework, before heading off to French (which he tried to get out of).
When he was getting in the car he told me he had a bad day at school.
It turns out that his school 'mates' were wanting him to play in a role he did not want in the playground.
I think there is a bit of bullying going on.
It was pointed out to him that he didn't have to play with them and that he was the one who is strong - he is the one who has the mental strength to stand in front of lots of people and break a wooden board (at martial arts).
I think he got the point but I understand how hard it can be.
It is now just a case of keeping an eye on things are reassuring him without him feeling pressured by us too.
