Through the oblong window

Woke up to bright skies, after a long sleep, to find it was 9.37!!
I hadn't slept well for a couple of nights so feel much better today :-)

Hub and I ventured down to town, it was pleasant, bright and quite still. Got th bits and bobs we needed and then decided on a coffee, and lunch, in Reds Cafe, lovely as always :-)

By the time we left an hour and a half later, the kiss shad,greyed over, the wind had got up and the temperature had definitely dipped a few degrees, so it was a chilly walk home.

I had planned on a while in th garden to get today's blip, but it was too chilly and not much about in the garden. I decided on a mega catch up on your journals instead.....it was only as I read Mambos that I realise don't today's MM challenge was through my window, so no excuse not to Blip today.
In case you're wondering, those are blue berries on the table, Mr and Mrs Blackbird usually snaffle those up straight away!

It was already getting dark and had started to rain heavily, but here youmhave a view from our patio windows :-)

Left over pork stir fry for dinner this evening, just finished it, now for some serious tv this evening....looking forward to,th final episode of Apple Tree Yard !
