Crocuses Backlit

Beautiful dawn light as I drove onto the car park at work.  I wondered what I could do.  I tried a few images just of the sky and clouds.  No, not quite right.

I then noticed the first crocuses on the embankment above the parking area.  Laid the camera on the floor, found a branch to act as an impromptu rest for the lens, focused and clicked the shutter.  Amazing to find on processing that there was detail in the shadow areas of the image.
