Afternoon run

I'd arranged to take a small group out for a trail run (3 had never been before) and thought before church we wouldn't make it as it was pouring and pretty cold. However, it brightened up so we went out and had a good time in the mud - and everyone managed to stay upright, though this hill do prove a bit of a challenge to some.
It's really good how people are going out and enjoying new experiences - and asking for more!
