Holy Well Warwickshire
This holy well is a listed grade 2 building and was reputed to have been used by monks in this area, an early reference to the halewellene occurs in the Warwickshire feet of fines 1206(ancient records of property transactions).
Across a muddy field we walked Mollie falling over then Roo falling over but we finally made it. It was first recorded as part of Southam Manor way back in 998. The natural spring water provided a treatment for certain eye problems...perhaps we should've brought Chingar and Mexi!
