Sunshine at last!

Had an appointment today for a bone density scan at Scarborough Hospital. One of the screening questions was have you broken any bones! Had to own up to my cycling accident. Hoping give my sporting background the scan shows no Osteoporosis.

Decided to capitalise on the weather so we went late morning and had a wander plus lunch in the old St Nicholas cliff railway cafe. Lovely views over Scarborough bay. The wander took us down to the harbour. Good to see it still has some working boats.
