All change

Had an exceptionally wet walk with Selina this morning - I don't think I've ever seen the common so muddy. This followed a bad night of chickens being slaughtered at the bottom of the garden (at the poultry farm); even the double glazing didn't drown out the sound of distressed birds :(

Meanwhile, back at the health club I did an aquamit class this evening whereby you wear neoprene gloves which effectively give you webbed hands, thereby creating resistance in the water while you're put through your paces. It feels like it did some good. Today's great thing about the club is the water dispenser with fresh lemon segments in it!

And now for the Great Pottery Throw Down - what a nice surprise that it's back. Oh, one of the contestants has just said he likes one of the other's jugs :D
