Pretty Polly

It was a big day for Polly because she had her first solo (ie without Basil) haircut and it was also the first time for her with the groomer at the vet's. I warned the groomer as I dropped Polly off that she has a few issues with strangers and said to call me if she was too difficult to groom. Then Basil and I went off for a lovely walk over the common, just the two of us for the first time since we were chased by the cows. When I went back to collect Polly afterwards she had a glowing report and had behaved impeccably, even having a pedicure with no complaints. Good girl!
