Sunday treats

A nice day today amid some stresses.

I was on Sunday school for the little ones and leading the collective kids' singing time before the groups' individual time. Katie loved having me doing it and was very bouncy.

After church she played with her friends for ages. We took one of her little buddies with us as we were headed to the cinema to see Sing. We went and bought pick and mix first. The film was absolutely brilliant! Katie hasn't enjoyed the whole of a film in the cinema for a long time - she loved this, as did I. After the film they played in the park for a bit and we got them a snack. It was then about time to take her little friend home. Katie didn't intend to leave for a while! They played hard for half an hour.
The end to our nice afternoon was a pizza tea with a friend before some music time. Sundays, ahhhh!!
