Waiting for t'tram

This morning I had a walk around the centre of Rochdale with Andy and Martin.  We met at the tram stop, where I had a go at today's Mono Monday challenge of street photography "shooting from the hip" hosted by Marlieske.

After lunch at one of the best pubs in the country - The Baum - Martin and I went to Dunham Massey to research a slight addition to a Superlative Walk, around Altrincham, which we have done but not yet written and published on the website.  There I found the statue shown in one of the extras (and explained in the other.) Somehow it seemed topical - I am not sure whether "Moors" are covered by Mr Trump's ban..
