The Year of the Rooster

I spent the morning in Manchester before setting off home. The photo shows Chinese Lanterns  in Albert Square. I decided to return by bus  - via Buxton and the Peak District. On the high ground , there was lots of lovely hoar frost on the trees - very pretty. It would be nice if it was still there tomorrow when I'm on duty at Longshaw  - but I suspect it might be gone by then.
