Frosty run

Woke this morning feeling more alert after another reasonable sleep and when I saw it was bright and frosty I decided to join 2 friends on a leisurely 5/6 mile run.
We had a great run, mainly on trails or minor roads, and ended up doing 7 miles. The ground wasn't too hard (except on the tarmac!) and we soon warmed up.
In the afternoon I got on with some sewing and this evening I will try to finish my photobook from the summer holiday.
