Looked out of the window this morning and saw a red sun rising. Rushed to get the camera and caught it just past its most redness but still quite dramatic.
Back to winter today. There was ice on the ponds as I ran past on a short run but it was sunny.
After café I had my delayed hospital appt, parking being the only problem so I was glad I'd given myself plenty of time. Now a 2 week wait for the treatment and then being almost tied to Dundee for a month, let's hope there are no more unpleasant surprises or hold-ups.
I hope the weather is good over the next 2 weeks so I can get out running and cycling to boost fitness.
