A day of 2 halves ... I left the most stunningly bright, cold, blue day in Penrith and slipped into this as I headed south for the afternoon. As I drove down the M6 the hills were doing that magnificent thing of receding into a dazzling white brightness and such wonderful light.
It bought a throw back to the past...
