Address to a haggis

Scott and I celebrated Burns' Night by having haggis neeps 'n' tatties and whisky for dinner. He plunged a knife into the haggis so I could take the photo. Then he said the Selkirk Grace:

Some hae meat an canna eat,
And some wad eat that want it;
But we hae meat, and we can eat,
And sae let the Lord be thankit.

and we had our dinner. We didn't have Scottish pipes in the background though. Scott made lovely Cranachan for dessert (made with cream, honey, whisky, toasted oats and raspberries) but I couldn't finish it because I was too full.

Work was quiet. only two more days of the road works...
