One of the things I love about the Alentejo is the way folk have time to sit and be together - I know the weather helps, but it wasn't exactly warm today. This is in the main square - the Giraldo - in Évora, the region's capital. There was a very sexy dance going on just to the left of these fellows, but the conversation - and the paper - were obviously more interesting.
