Morning birches

Another morning walk with Mylo and Fin in our local woods. On a day like today it was truly glorious, the sun shone , the birds sang and the trees although lacking foliage, still offered stunning colour.
Mylo and his shadow (Fin) ran happily throughout the woods, neither noticing a young roe deer skipping ahead. 
January days such as this can be a blessing.
