Sew far, sew good!

I finally took the bags of sewing things to the charity knitters and sewing ladies. They seemed very excited and started rootling around and coming up with lots of ideas for things to make - either useful things to send to various overseas charities, or things to sell as fund raisers.

What's more, I got a cup of coffee and a chocolate biscuit - win, win!

I nipped out quickly with my camera and saw this heron perched atop a manure pile.
