A wise blipper coined the phrase 'the blip bank" - meaning that mental list of possible blips for use when you are short of ideas or, in my case today, opportunities on a wet day. I have passed this closed-down shop many times. I blipped it today on the way to the cinema, to see Shadow Dancer, a terrific IRA thriller. It was wonderfully made, with violence only hinted at, tension subtly built and a sinister atmosphere. Highly recommended.
