( Overseas readers may be puzzled by this heading. Its a catch phrase of famous comedy duo Eric Morcambe and Ernie Wise. Why is it funny? Its the context, the way they said it and the weekly repetition that made people laugh.)

Here is more evidence of Arnside's clearout of the year. Every time we bought something (and we have made a great contribution to boosting the economy) we kept the box in which it came. Why? In case it went wrong and we had to send it back of course.
Well now the boxes are going to the great cardboard recycling factory which will have to work overtime to cope.
Soon it will be the turn of old computers which will not be quite so easy.
