Caldera de Bandama

A hike around the perimeter of a very large extinct volcano! It started raining just before we got back so dried out over coffee and as the weather showed no signs of improving we decided to leave the hills behind and head to the city! La Palma has a beautiful historic centre although some of the suburbs were like shanty towns. The roads are very busy so I was proud of myself for driving around I had an excellent navigator though!
