In the garden on a dull day

A quiet Sunday after a busy walking day yesterday.   Church in the morning, then have just pottered most of the day so far.  Am grateful for a warm house on these cold days.

Not the best of photos, but there is no light today.  I read that since the beginning of the year the central belt has only had about five hours of sunshine....... we definitely need to take Vitamin D!   I am glad that as a walker I am out in light for a lot of the time, but in this cold weather some people don't venture out very much, to the detriment of health.
