Edinburgh stands with Women the world over!!

What a great day!

The sun shone brightly.

Strangers gathered and became friends, allies, members of the same tribe.

We met near the US Consulate and stood up for what we believe in - women's rights, LGBTI rights - human rights!

When anyone's rights are diminished, we are all diminished.

Today's demo was organised by two sixteen year olds. As a veteran activist, it's heartening to see so many younger women and men coming up through the ranks.

It was a good day!
