Birthday piece

Long work day, that was not quite as planned. A big op was even bigger than expected. With some creative tension releasing techniques required. Hopefully all goes to plan, even more so that the histology comes back with clear margins!

All I asked for as a birthday gift was a jam sandwich... after a day on feet operating (thankfully my colleagues picked up the slack) was awesome to come home to a "piece and jam"
