A strudel with a difference

I do enjoy watching Rick Stein's Long Weekends. I grab my book of the series (a Christmas present) and make a few notes on the recipes I want to try.
This is a Vegetable Strudel from Vienna. A delicious mixture of cooked broccoli, onion, carrot and spinach is wrapped in 5 sheets of filo pastry and baked for half an hour.

Very simple really! SO delicious!!
