Contemplating life
Visited my friend with dementia today, she has deteriorated a lot since I last saw her, not helped by the fact that her husband is now in hospital.
Found it very tiring with the repetitive nature of our conversation and continual reassurance needed over the 3 1/2 hours.
I decided to come home on the country roads instead of the motorway to enjoy the sun, the trees and life in general, thanking my lucky stars for the life I have.
Stopped to look at the river from the bridge at Tyringham, a local village.
The extra is of Tyringham House taken from the same bridge.
