Schwinn bike

I spent much longer in the lab today than expected, meaning that I couldn't go for my planned bike ride (I had all my clothes out and ready too!) I still made it to the gym, before our first formal of the year.

Once we got back, Pete showed me, Helen, and Maddy his new exercise bike that he's keeping just outside of our house. It's called a Schwinn bike and it exercises both your arms and your legs. Hopefully I'll have the time to give it a go tomorrow after work :)
