Winter Lunch

A cold and wet morning spent tidying up and doing household chores.

I made a warming winter lunch of vegetable soup with home made Poppy seed rolls - and took this photo as an "emergency" backup.

We managed a short walk to the local shops in the drizzle to get a few things but also in the hope of spotting a more inspiring subject - and failed.

So - it's the emergency photo today. My lunch.

(On the plus side the soup was really nice :-) )
