Chaffinch

 I had a good lie-in this morning after seeing Jae off to work. Much needed too, it's the first in over a fortnight!

After Brian was back from work and we'd all had lunch we went out to take photos on the river bank. I've not been there for a while. Some kind soul had put birdseed on the posts along the path, (See extra great-tit shot!) and as there are no leaves to hide behind, even when they flew into the trees you could still see them. 

I would have rather got a shot without twigs in the way, but I still like this shot of  chaffinch.

My Saturdays off were short-lived! The boss decided it was too tiring for him, working with just one member of staff, so it's back to normal now.
