Its the little souvenirs
Its true it is.
I taught myself to knot wool round a little stick on the Island Of Shuna.
Before we went on holiday i got myself a hook and some yarn and i spend down time on the island; of which there is a lot working how to cross my little hook from one end of the yarn to the other.
Shuna was the perfect place to learn. No
Wifi; no electricity; no roads;
We loved it there; but then they built a new apartment very close to the little house we rented; and we were worried about the additional noise.
And then the lady who owned the cottage about 200 yards away, retired from her day job on the mainland, and moved permanently to the island and switched on her generator.
It wasn't so much fun with a burring noise .
