Choosing A Theme

Another meeting of the TEDx Portobello committee, back in Tribe Porty again, and we have a recommended theme to propose to the other team member who wasn't able to make tonight's meeting. If they agree we can check what the TED organisation thinks. And if TED gives the nod we can let people know what it is and invite prospective speakers, or their nominators, to propose some talks!
