In Winter

Oak and lichen are in abundance in the woods here.  I love both, especially their bright colours in winter. 

A wet day later, with the rain turning to snow just in time for my journey home from work. It was coming down fast but luckily not settling on the gritted surfaces.  By the time I got home it was quite slushy and this evening it is still above freezing.  I hope you are all keeping safe and warm.
