Beautiful Clouds

We headed back from Canada today...and enjoyed a beautiful calm trip. The cloud formations were beautiful, and the reflections so amazing with the wide angle lens. We kept our eyes out for whales, but only saw an occasional seal and porpoise. (we just got an email from the Hubbard's who were lucky to see whales on their ferry trip back to Anacortes!!! Yeah!)

We arrived in Roche Harbor and had to endure the wait of jockeying to get to the dock and through customs. Everytime we go through this, we wish there was an easier process! As were were lined up trying to get a spot on the custom's dock, three airplanes landed on the water and had to negotiate their way though the lineup of waiting boats....seriously crazy:))

We then headed to Friday Harbor to take our guests back to the ferry...we will miss them as they were what you'd term the "perfect guests". Thanks for a great weekend Gary and Cindy!!!
