Commute

This view was taken during my commute to work. I often stop here for a minute at the head of loch Feochan to look at the view.

Today I stopped to steady my nerves after skidding badly on the road on hailstones, hitting the verge, bouncing of it and proceeding up the road sideways on the wrong side of the road before managing to get the car back under control. No damage to me or the car luckily just my nerves.

There is not much snow in this shot but after spending the day at work I tried to drive home and then the snow really started, A complete white out with mine the only tracks on the road. After several slippy hills and not going above 25mph I have made it home. I do not want to repeat that journey again in a hurry.
