Erosion

Another fine coastal walk from South Stack down to Treaddur and then on to our house. The route was designed to have the wind behind us as much as possible. In a week we have hardly left Holy Island,; there are so many lovely walks here, and on the whole the paths are clear and in very good condition, affording excellent views around the coast and to the Lleyn Peninsular and Snowdonia- which today was indeed covered in snow. Erosion from a long time ago reveals rock layers. This blip ushows detail for a rusted winch.
