The Road Less Travelled
After the school run and walking the dog I went and somebody in a car park where items we handed over.........
No nothing underhanded or dodgy.
I was being given a couple of old picture frames that a fellow blipper had acquired for me to hold tin plate colodian prints a friend had taken of me and which I was unable to find suitable old frames for. (Now I have got to find the plates - having put them somewhere safe and out of reach from little fingers.
SWMBO took off and returned the heart monitor to the hospital at lunchtime.
Now we need to wait and see what they say.
Todays pictures are of a bit of road I used to drive quite often.
As you can see (easier in the extra), it has been closed for some time and allowed to return to nature. I liked the light reflecting off what is left visible of the road.
For some reason the dog occasionally insists on being walked there and back as part of his extended lunchtime Wednesday walk while Squirrel is at gymnastics. He is a real diva!
Today the news is full of how we are all going to die from the severe weather that is coming (a day or two back it was coming from the south east - now it is coming from the north!). The forecasters are predicting one day of snow with temperatures just above freezing!!!!!
Yep - that harsh weather break is going to grind the country to a halt and kill us all.
Well - it is likely to grind the country to a halt (I wonder how Scandinavia manages to keep going)
