Sleep

That's mostly what I did today in between reading and finishing a book. I woke to darkness outside and the realisation that not only had Tilly and Polly not had their usual perambulation around my conservatory, but that Milkshake needed feeding! This is the plaque in Friends kitchen. Daughters come home today - I find being in the house unsettling, I don't feed and run as Milkshake needs a little company and a cuddle. I hope the girls find being home a sanctuary - I have not returned home since my mum died 4 years ago, Sister still lives in the house.
