How Lucky.....

am I to be able to spend so much time over the past few days observing the Pelicans at Augusta.  They are truly the most magical creatures and at the same time a laugh a minute.  I was able to walk onto the beach this afternoon because the tide was out and it meant I could get so much closer to the Pelicans than before.  They weren't a bit bothered by me and I have added an extra of the two buddies who were having a chat again today.  

My mission in the next few days is to find a good vantage point and prepare myself for Pelicans landing.  I would dearly love to capture that wonderful moment when they put their landing gear down and come to a screaming halt.  You never know, it might happen tomorrow :-)
