a change of view at last

A very hard frost this morning, with the roads still icy at lunchtime. But beautifully bright and crisp. 
I saw the doctor, and got prescribed the usual antibiotics and steroids.
I made it down to Baltimore for a while this afternoon and got stuck into some seed catalogues for a while. 
The views across the bay were stunning, and it was so good to be out of the house in spite of the cough.
This evening I am feeling a bit better.
