Tidying up the ivy

Sorry it's another grandchild blip today but it has been so busy I just had no time for photos. Ella kept wanting Nathaniel to play with her and he just wanted to build Lego which kept resulting in squeezing, so I had to keep them apart. After 3 games of Snakes and Ladders with her, I got her doing some jobs, including collecting up all the bits of ivy I had in the dining room for decoration around the candles.

I had a hospital appointment about my foot. The saga continues. . At last I'm being referred for a steroid injection, after having an ultrasound first to pin-point the precise point they'd put the needle in. Apparently I had my initial diagnosis last March, so maybe treatment will start in a year from that, if I'm lucky. NHS Northumberland is re-organising to become more efficient, so all will be well, won't it? The cynic in me thinks NHS is being set up to fail and pave the way for total privatisation.
