New shoes

I took no1 son to get new school shoes today and came away with these!

No1 son screamed every time we took him to be measured, refused to wear his first shoes for the photo and had to be introduced to wearing them gradually at home.

But not my babba girl! She beamed from the moment the assistant got out his foot measure until well after we'd left the shop! She even stuck out her little trotters for him to put the shoes on and then put her arms out to the assistant to walk with her. When I took them off at home to get her ready for bed she went to get them again and tried to put them back on. I think I'm in for trouble in a few years' time. Better start saving for her shoe find now...

No1 son got his school shoes too today by the way, in case anyone is concerned!
