Brunch at Lake Tahoe

It was around freezing and there was a strong wind, which gave the lake that had a glorious blue-green color , white caps.
Two people ran into the water without wet suits and quickly out again... I'll post the result of my quick grabbing of the camera in the extras. I thought that was a brave start of a new year.
the other extras are from the drive over the mountain ( Mount Rose) where the thin layer of snow attracted a lot of parents with sledding kids and quite some cross country skiers.
