Annual visit

The first day of 2017 and our last full day on the other side and, with sunshine forecast, Bailey and I headed to Morecambe after breakfast for a very cold and therefore brisk walk along the prom and down to the end of the Stone Jetty and back. The sun had appeared by the time we were heading back so I stopped off at Venus and Cupid on the way back in distinctly better conditions than the last time.

A late lunch was planned in order to fit in the fifth annual trip to Williamson Park to blip the Ashton Memorial. This time last year I hoped for the chance to blip at all in 12 months time and for some blue sky too and both were possible today. We even had sunshine.
