What a difference a day makes

Thankfully the kids woke up with temperatures of 100 today, both of which fell to 98 by mid-afternoon.  What a relief!

Still, we kept it fairly low-key today.  Playing at home, building trains, reading Mr Men and popping out for a quick car ride so that the little lady could nap (and I could buy a coffee).

Yeah, it's probably time to wash their faces, change their clothes and brush their hair.  I'm still getting used to operating as a single Dad but at least the wee boy is representing his old man's company!

PS I actually used Photoshop to remove the worst of the dirt!
