Glencorse Reservoir

Ended the year much as we began with a walk, a new one for us in the Pentlands from Harlaw to Glencorse Reservoir. An out and back trip. Out with the gusting wind behind us and back, downhill into the even stronger winds which sometimes blew you to a stop.

A quick trip to Tesco's for the ingredients for tonight's meal - pasta one pot.

Despite being in Edinburgh we didn't go into the city for Hogmanay. One year we will. We had a quiet night in playing lots of games which caused much merriment.

So one year ends and a new begins. What is ahead of us this coming year? Who knows but it is exciting to look forward. Happy New Year to all blippers and especially those of you whom I've followed and am following. May your year exceed your expectations.
