House by the shore
A dull, breezy day.
We went down to Arbroath Harbour for a sausage supper from Marco's - great chips! There was a hungry seagull waiting outside Marco's but there are several signs telling visitors 'Don't feed the gulls', so he may well be disappointed.
It was breezy and cold but we had a walk round to the far end of the Harbour. The sea was quite rough with the waves crashing against the wall. A little further on we saw this house by the shore with the Arbroath cliffs in the background.
So, 2016 draws to close - and a very strange year it has been. Much speculation is being made as to how important it will prove to have been in the longer sweep of history. I do wish you all a peaceful year whatever happens. I hold on to the promise that we have a peace in God which is beyond human understanding and which 'the world' cannot give.
