2016 Thursday -- Farmers Market

We shop at the Farmers Market mostly for soup, but I thoroughly enjoy the colors of all the produce. Currently the selection includes winter squash, such as kabocha and butternut, and veggies such as brussel sprouts, and lots of other options.

So today provided the opportunity to get soup at the Thursday Farmers Market in Morro Bay. We often attend the Friday market in Cambria, which is 12 miles north of our Cayucos house, but our friends from Seattle, Jim & Marilyn, are arriving tomorrow. They have been in SoCal to celebrate Christmas with their kids and grandkids. I think this will be their fourth time here to visit us; they were last here in August.
